Duster Design 1766

Duster was designed per her owners design brief: The owner wishes to build a "sweet" (his word) sailing auxiliary, suitable for family cruising or ocean racing under the C.C.A. Rule. The lines practically duplicate those of Inverness, design #1689, but her rig and accommodations are entirely different.

Built by Paul Luke of Northeast Harbor, Maine, she was launched in 1964.

The boat was completely rebuilt by Cove Landing Marina of Lyme, Connecticut in 2002.
